By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

Payment must be received before your order is processed.

Refunds are available up to 48 hours of purchase time.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Spot Me, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

You may not assign or transfer these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these terms without restriction.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
